The son of Steve and Debby Whitsitt, and brother of Steven Whitsitt, Geoff was a 2007 graduate of Greenville Technical Charter High School, where he was loved by the students, faculty, and staff.
From a very early age, Geoff knew that he wanted to be a soldier.  He was a Christian who expressed a great desire to serve the people of the country that he so loved.  You have served us well Soldier.  Godspeed Geoffrey, Godspeed.  AIRBORNE!
